If you have completed the application in full and provided all the relevant documentation, your application should be processed two business days. Whilst we make every effort to process applications within this time frame, delays are inevitable. If we are unable to reach all of your references and/or we have not received your option fee the process will take longer. Applications that are submitted close to the weekend may not be finalised until the beginning of the following week. In the event that we receive several applications for the same property, it may take more time to process your application. The application process is very important as it is the information that is provided by the applicant of the form that helps the owner of the rental property decide on suitable tenants.
With this in mind, we ask that you remember the following points when completing the attached form.


We require 100 points of identification for every applicant over the age of 18 who will be residing at the property.

1. A current driver’s licence (with a photo), a current passport or current proof of age card is equal to 50 points each.
2. A current Medicare/Health Care card, EFTPOS/Credit Card, Student card or recent utility bill (Displaying your name and current address) or birth certificate are equal to 20 points each
In the event that you can only provide one item from section one, you will be required to provide three items from section two.
NOTE: if any current VISA’s apply to any occupants, these must be attached


Each applicant must provide phone, email and address for an emergency contact and next of kin. This person must not be another person residing at the property. Please note on the application their relationship to you.

Please advise all of your references you have listed to let them know to expect contact from us. This ensures your application is processed in a timelier manner.


You are required to submit an option fee with your application. Option Fees are accepted by EFT – please contact our office for bank details

If your application is rejected by the owner/agent, the option fee will be returned into the bank account you have provided with this application.


Within 2 business days of approval of the application, the applicants must have booked a mutually convenient time with the owner/agent to sign the lease documents within the following 7 business days or the property may be re-advertised.
